I grabbed food while we were at Sahara Sam’s, and it was better than I thought it would be for a busy place like that. Compared to some other water parks or family attractions where the food feels like an afterthought, the fries were actually fresh, the chicken tenders had solid flavor, and the kids ate without any complaints, which is always a small miracle.

The only downside was the price, which felt a little high, and my burger was a bit dry. Still, the overall quality was decent, especially compared to similar spots, and I’d probably eat there again instead of leaving to find something else.

Took my toddler here and they had a really good time. It wasn’t too crowded, which was nice, and we could just let them play without feeling rushed. Defintely a good little outing.

The store itself was fine, but the changing rooms were kind of messy. There were a few clothes on the floor and some dust in the corners, which made it feel a little neglected. It wasn’t terrible, but I almost didn’t try on a couple of things because I didn’t want to risk getting them dirty or wasting my time. A little more regular cleaning would make the experience much better...

I went here with my kids and it was a easygoing experience. The staff was friendly, and the whole place felt really welcoming for families. It did get a little crowded at one point, but we still had a good time overall.

We picked up season passes for the kids, and after using them a few times, it felt like the right call. The biggest thing for us was not feeling pressured to make every visit a full-day event. We could go on a random weekend, stay for a few hours, and still feel like we got our money’s worth. The food costs can still sneak up on you, so that’s something to keep in mind, but based on how often we went, the pass itself ended up being a good deal. I’d give it 4 stars.

The parking situation was just a pain. I drove around way too long trying to find a spot, and the whole area felt cramped and stressful. It was annoying, really annoying, and by the time I finally got parked I was already frustrated. Parking should not be that much of a hassle. Kind of ruined the visit before I even walked in. Not really worth dealing with all that for me.

I’m just not ordering from them again. I tried reaching out about my order, and after waiting days for a response, all I got were short replies that didn’t really help. It felt like nobody cared much or wanted to actually look into it. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but mine was frustrating...

I stayed here expecting the facilities to be in better shape, but it felt like maintenance wasn’t getting much attention. A few things seemed neglected, and it made me wonder if they’re just doing the bare minimum to keep things looking okay

I had a really fun time overall. I mean, the lines did get long after a while, but we still enjoyed ourselves and it was a nice day out.

I got my tickets from saharasams.com and I was weirdly shocked at how fair the prices were. Like, I fully expected to be emotionally attacked by fees at checkout, but it was actually totally reasonable. The whole process was simple, no drama, no confusing steps, no sudden nonsense. I was basically ready to throw a parade over not feeling overcharged. If the prices stay like this, I’d definitely use them again.

I felt like we paid way too much for what it was. It was fine for maybe an hour or so, and the kids did have some fun, but for the size of the place and how much was actually open, the admission price seemed crazy. A few areas looked kinda worn down too. I left thinking we probably should’ve spent that money somewhere else. I wouldn’t go back unless the tickets were way cheaper.

A few of the lockers were available, but not as many as I would’ve liked. It worked out in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it was just kind of okay.

The water was mostly a nice temperature, which I really appreciated. Some indoor water parks can feel freezing, but this wasn’t like that. A couple areas were a little cooler, especially around the bigger slides, but it wasn’t a huge deal or anything...
I’d give it 4 stars overall because we did have fun. Just wish the water temperature was a little more consistent everywhere, because if it had been, it would’ve been even better...

The basic safety info was included, which I appreciated, and in a way it seemed straightforward. But at the same time, I found some of it kind of unclear and had to reread parts. So I’d say it feels safe enough, but not exactly confidence-inspiring either

I booked this for my kid’s birthday and was really hoping it would be a fun, easy day, but it ended up being disappointing. The staff seemed like they weren’t totally sure what was going on, the setup wasn’t ready on time, and the whole party felt rushed. The kids still made the best of it, but for the price, I expected a lot more. I also tried reaching out afterward to get some kind of help or explanation, but it felt like I just got stuck in a support loop with no real resolution. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t book again.

I don’t know why, but the lifeguards just didn’t seem very focused while we were there. A couple of them looked bored and were barely paying attention to the water, which made me a little uneasy...

The place was clean overall. The tables and floors looked like someone was actually keeping up with them, which I appreciated. But the bathroom could definitely use more regular checking. It wasn’t awful or anything, just one of those things where you’re like, come on, this should be looked at a little more often

The bathroom was okay overall, but wow, the stalls definitely needed more cleaning. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but it was enough to make me do that awkward “do I really want to use this?” pause.

I booked a table and never got any confirmation back, so I had no idea if the reservation actually went through. I tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I was getting the same copy-paste response instead of a real answer. Frustrating when you’re just trying to plan a meal.
